We are pleased to be partnering a fast-growing technology client to appoint a Senior Information Technology (IT) Auditor into their high-performing internal audit team. In view of strong performance in 2024 and 2025, the organisation is gearing up for the next phase of their transformation growth, and is hence keen to onboard an technically-sound and solutions-driven individual who will serve as a major force in strengthening their global IT control framework. This position will be based in Singapore.
Job Description
Fundamentally, you will be responsible for leading the assessment and enhancement of the organisation&aposs IT control environment at Group level, ensuring it aligns with business goals. This includes evaluating and modernising IT General Controls (ITGCs), cybersecurity protocols, and compliance processes. Additionally, you will act as a catalyst for change by championing the shift toward automated, standardized controls to boost efficiency and reliability. Partnering cross-functional technology and business teams to analyze processes, identify key risks, and remediate findings make up another key aspect. At its core is strong familiarity with SOX-related IT activities, from control design to maintaining precise documentation.
The Successful Candidate
You should possess a Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in IT audit, cybersecurity, and IT control management. Hands-on SOX IT audit experience is key to success, with professional certifications (CISA, CIA, or equivalent) highly preferred. Strong analytical thinking, project management skills, and a meticulous eye for detail will likewise set you apart from other candidates.
