Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Support Engineer to manage and maintain our organization's IT infrastructure. This role involves overseeing Microsoft 365 services, Windows Server environments, network infrastructure, and ensuring a modern workplace experience for end-users. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Microsoft 365 Administration: Manage and maintain all M365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, OneDrive, and security/compliance settings.
- Windows Server Management: Administer and troubleshoot Windows Server environments, including virtualization using Hyper-V.
- Windows PC Administration: Provide support for Windows desktops/laptops, including OS deployment, patching, and troubleshooting.
- Network Infrastructure Management: Monitor and maintain network devices, connectivity, and performance (LAN/WAN).
- Modern Workplace Management: Implement and support modern workplace solutions for seamless collaboration and productivity.
- Network Printer Management: Configure and maintain network printers and related services.
- Asset Management: Track and manage IT assets, ensuring accurate inventory and lifecycle management.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve infrastructure-related issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong experience in Microsoft 365 Administration (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Security & Compliance).
- Proficiency in Windows PC Administration (installation, configuration, troubleshooting).
- Expertise in Windows Server Administration (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Hyper-V).
