Information Technology Governance Leader

Job Summary
We are seeking a senior IT leader to oversee enterprise-wide technology governance, portfolio management, and strategic IT initiatives. This executive role focuses on driving efficiency, compliance, and delivery predictability across product, engineering, and infrastructure teams. The incumbent will provide leadership, strategic oversight, and executive reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Define and enforce enterprise-wide IT governance frameworks, policies, and standards.
Ensure all IT initiatives are aligned with corporate strategy, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
Act as the primary steward of the IT portfolio, guiding prioritization and executive decision-making.
Oversee multiple business units, teams, and IT programs, ensuring strategic priorities are delivered effectively.
Lead and mentor senior IT leaders, directors, and cross-functional teams, fostering accountability and operational excellence.
Establish performance metrics, dashboards, and OKR/QBR cadences for enterprise-wide IT delivery.
Identify, mitigate, and report on enterprise technology risks, including cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and operational continuity.
Ensure compliance with internal governance, regulatory requirements, and external audits.
Deliver executive-level dashboards and strategic recommendations.
Drive process standardization, workflow optimization, and automation to enhance governance quality and delivery predictability.
Champion continuous improvement initiatives across IT functions and teams.

Requirements
10 -15+ years in senior IT leadership, enterprise technology governance, and portfolio oversight.
Proven track record managing cross-functional teams, directors, and large-scale IT programs.
Expertise in risk management, governance, and executive reporting.
Familiarity with enterprise IT architecture, infrastructure (mainframe, storage, DR), PMO frameworks, and portfolio management tools.
Experience collaborating with executives and business leaders.
Bachelor's or Master's in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
