Information Technology Executive - ERP

My client, a property developer and real estate business, is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to assist and lead their ERP system implementation and provide comprehensive IT support across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end ERP project management and implementation in collaboration with external consultants.

- Customize ERP reports and forms to meet user and business requirements.

- Act as the primary support contact for ERP-related issues and troubleshooting.

- Research and recommend emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency.

- Maintain and support the company's network infrastructure, including hardware and software components.

- Manage software licenses, domain names, and SSL certificate renewals and registrations.

- Provide daily end-user IT support across departments.

- Proven experience in managing and implementing ERP systems, with expertise across finance modules: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Cash Book, Project Costing, and Procurement.

- Strong grasp of accounting principles, including accruals, amortization, and cost recognition.

- Programming proficiency with the ability to tailor reports and outputs based on user needs.

Preferred Skills:

- Solid understanding of network infrastructure: VLANs, VPNs, firewall configuration, and subnetting.

- Experience in Microsoft Office 365 administration and maintenance.

- Familiarity with security systems such as CCTV and door access control.

- Exposure to property development systems, especially those used for leasing and residential sales.

- SAP ABAP development experience is a strong advantage.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, in addition with ERP implementation projects, with basic coding and reporting writing skills.
