Responsibilities
- Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business goals to drive digital transformation and operational efficiency
- Lead and manage IT operations including infrastructure, networks, systems, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or equivalent) to ensure reliable service delivery
- Oversee digital transformation initiatives focused on enhancing customer experience and enterprise application performance
- Ensure cybersecurity, data protection, and compliance with relevant regulations to safeguard company assets and information
- Manage IT budgets, optimize costs, and maintain vendor relationships to support technology investments and operations
- Drive system integration and process automation to improve operational workflows and technology innovation
- Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team to achieve high performance and foster professional growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technology-enabled business solutions that meet organizational needs
- Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to enhance the company's competitive advantage and innovation capacity
Required competencies and certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 8-12 years of relevant IT experience, including at least 3-5 years in leadership roles
- Proven expertise in IT strategy development, digital transformation, and project delivery
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity principles
- Experience managing enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, or similar platforms
- Demonstrated leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in consulting, digital experience, or customer-centric solution delivery
