Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Technology Planning & Governance
- Provide strategic leadership in developing cohesive roadmaps for recruitment technology and supporting IT infrastructure.
- Establish IT service management standards in line with ITIL best practices.
- Oversee project portfolios encompassing both application development and operational systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- AI-Driven Recruitment Solutions
- Lead the implementation of AI and machine learning applications within talent acquisition, driving innovation and efficiency.
- Design and uphold ethical AI governance frameworks for global deployment.
- Enhance recruitment workflows through intelligent automation.
- Digital Recruitment Channels & Data Architecture
- Expand talent sourcing capabilities via integrated social and digital platforms.
- Build scalable data pipelines to support recruitment analytics.
- Ensure seamless integration between the recruitment technology stack and wider corporate IT systems.
- Global Operations Management
- Tailor solutions to meet diverse regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, PDPA).
- Manage 24/7 support models for distributed systems.
- Align regional IT operations with broader transformation initiatives.
- IT Service Excellence
- Implement IT service management processes across the group.
- Ensure high availability and resilience of critical operational systems.
- Lead incident management and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Preferred Experience:
- Demonstrate strong strategic leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels.
- Experience within executive search and/or contracting businesses is highly desirable, supporting a deep understanding of sector-specific technology needs.
