- Mode of Hire – 1 Year Contract with Net2Source Payroll
- Mode of Work – Onsite
- Start Date – 1 Sep 2026
- Shift: Rotational Shifts, 5 days a week
Open to work on night shift, weekends, and public holidays as well.
Overtime = SGD 30 hourly / Public Holidays = SGD 40 hourly

Role Overview
We are seeking motivated fresh graduates and early-career professionals to support ERP/MES implementation projects within manufacturing environments. The role involves assisting with system configuration, testing, data validation, user support, and implementation activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support ERP/MES implementation and deployment activities.
- Gather business requirements and assist with solution configuration.
- Perform testing, data validation, and quality checks.
- Support user training and post-go-live activities.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide end-user support.
- Maintain project documentation and process records.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams.
- Participate in project meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience or academic exposure relevant to ERP, MES, manufacturing systems, or IT projects.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- ERP experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
