Job Title: IT Partner (ITP) Semiconductor Domain

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Partner (ITP) to support key stakeholders within the Semiconductor domain. This role acts as a trusted advisor and single point of contact for IT matters, translating business needs into secure, compliant, and effective IT solutions.

The ideal candidate possesses strong project management capabilities, hands-on technical expertise in at least one IT domain, and experience in IT security or data governance within semiconductor or R&D environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business/research entities to understand operational and strategic IT needs.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of IT projects aligned with corporate standards.
• Propose and implement IT infrastructure solutions (e.g., virtual machines, storage, secure research networks).
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies, standards, and data governance requirements.
• Act as liaison between stakeholders and IT shared services teams.
• Drive cybersecurity awareness and digitalization initiatives.
• Monitor IT service desk performance and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Conduct Proof-of-Concept (POC) with vendors to evaluate emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• 510 years of IT experience, preferably in semiconductor or R&D environments.
• Strong project management and prioritization skills.
• Technical knowledge in at least one of the following areas:

-Network

- Systems/Virtualization

- Applications - Desktop/End-user computing

• Experience in IT security and/or data governance (preferably in Semiconductor industry).
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to balance corporate compliance with business flexibility.
