Key Responsibilities
- Engage stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document both functional and non-functional requirements.
- Identify opportunities for system enhancements and translate business needs into clear and comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
- Review implementation plans, manage product backlogs, and collaborate with business stakeholders, external vendors, and ICT teams for ongoing operations, maintenance, and enhancements.
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts (e.g., using Tricentis Tosca) to support functional and regression testing across frontend, backend, and integration layers.
- Validate system enhancements against business requirements and expectations.
- Track and manage defects throughout the lifecycle, from identification to closure, ensuring compliance with organisational policies and guidelines.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on testing progress, backlog status, system enhancements, defect management, and operational issues.
- Support project coordination activities, including monitoring progress, managing assets, tracking resources, organizing meetings, processing service/change requests, and maintaining proper documentation.
Qualifications & Skill Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably within Agile project environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and planning skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business users effectively.
- Proven experience in:
- Requirements gathering and analysis
- Business process mapping and design thinking
- Preparing requirement specifications, flowcharts, and logical diagrams
- Driving process improvements and supporting testing activities
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and testing practices for iterative product delivery and enhancement.
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools (e.g., Tricentis Tosca) for functional and regression testing is highly preferred.
