Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-user technical support via phone, email, Microsoft Teams, remote support, and onsite assistance for Singapore and regional offices.
  • Support Microsoft 365 services, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID, Intune, and other collaboration tools, such as Jira, Docusign, etc.
  • Manage user onboarding and offboarding IT support, including device provisioning, account setup, user orientation.
  • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot IT assets and Office IT infrastructure including laptops, network, firewall, VPN, CCTV, door access system, software hardware, maintaining up-to-date inventory and managing the IT asset lifecycle (procurement, repair, decommissioning).
  • Maintain IT operation documentation, standard operating procedures, asset records and audit evidence.
  • Own IT security compliance for the SG office, including implementing and monitoring security controls (endpoint protection patch management, vulnerability remediation), and supporting internal and external IT audit and compliance requests.
  • Manage incidents and service requests through ticketing system, with proper follow-up to ensure timely closure.
  • Represent IT serving as member of the ISMS Working Committee for the BIPO Singapore office, supporting ISO 27001 / ISMS implementation and maintenance, risk assessments, security policy enforcement, incident response, and user security-awareness initiatives.
  • Lead or participate in IT projects, work with external vendors and other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in information technology or equivalent field of study
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, helpdesk, and IT operations, including exposure to information security or IT compliance.
  • Proficient in Windows operating systems with a solid understanding of computer hardware and software maintenance.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office 365 and Jira, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues independently.
  • Ability to work across time zones and support colleagues in different countries as part of a global team
  • Solid understanding of network fundamentals (VLAN, DHCP, VPN, SD-WAN) and experienced in troubleshooting both wired and wireless network connectivity.
  • Working knowledge security control measures and possessing strong information security awareness.
  • Excellent customer service skills, high attention to detail, and exceptional follow-up capabilities on technical issues.
  • Able to speak both English and Chinese.
