As an Information Security Officer (Compliance), you'll be a trusted advisor on information security compliance and conduct work with direct impact on our license to operate in multiple locations. Your Job

As an Information Security Officer, you play a crucial role in securing our IT landscape by identifying and managing security risks. You focus on assessing compliance of our systems with requirements across various jurisdictions and frameworks. You brainstorm, advise and work together with various teams to ensure effective information security processes and solutions. Your work balances security of individual applications with an overarching view of the bank.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out security controls monitoring to ensure the operating effectiveness of the IT Control Framework,
• Perform information security compliance assessments (eg. Swift CSCF, MiFID II self-assessment),
• Support and respond to client and regulatory security questionnaires,
• Provide input for regulatory reporting in various jurisdictions,
• Support internal risk assessments, identify technical and process vulnerabilities, and recommend compensating controls,
• Assess and update information security internal documentation to reflect the compliance framework,
• Collaborate with Internal/External Audit and IT teams to ensure ongoing compliance with IT security policies and standards,
• Work with internal and third-party information security partners to stay current on industry trends, controls and security technologies and services,
• Balance technical security measures with organizational approaches, identify security themes across our systems, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in (information security) risk, compliance, assurance, or audit role.
• Experience in a financial institution highly regarded.
• Knowledge of security/compliance regulations and frameworks such as the Digital Operational Resilience Act and the Swift Customer Security Controls Framework (CSCF).
• Strong stakeholder management skills in an international and culturally diverse environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with report writing, reviewing and drafting opinions.
