Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Cybersecurity Leadership & Delivery:

  • Lead and support multiple cybersecurity initiatives covering compliance, risk management, threat analysis, application security, vulnerability assessments, and regulatory requirements.
  • Execute tasks aligned to the CISO pillar with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Monitor team workloads to ensure timely delivery of security activities while keeping leadership informed of progress, risks, and issues.

Risk Management & Compliance:

  • Assess security threats and vulnerabilities in collaboration with Line of Service stakeholders and manage associated business risks.
  • Ensure compliance with information security policies, cybersecurity regulations, and frameworks such as MAS, CSA, and other relevant industry standards.
  • Support major transformation initiatives by managing cybersecurity risks across multi-functional environments.

Stakeholder & Relationship Management:

  • Work closely with local, regional, and global NIS teams to deliver firm-specific security requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across the network of firms to enable effective delivery of security activities.
  • Navigate a complex, matrix organization and collaborate with stakeholders across functional and technical domains.
  • Address conflicts and manage difficult conversations with clients, team members, and stakeholders, escalating issues when appropriate.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Lead, manage, and motivate teams to prioritize risks and drive timely closure of security initiatives.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and training to team members to support professional growth and capability development.
  • Demonstrate strong engagement and relationship management skills within business-facing security roles.

Business & Technical Advisory:

  • Translate technical security risks into clear business impacts understood by non-technical stakeholders and executives.
  • Apply deep subject matter expertise within information security services to solve business problems and deliver measurable outcomes.
