Job Responsibilities
IT Project Coordination & Departmental Support
- Assist the IT Manager with daily administrative tasks such as documentation, data compilation, and workflow follow-up.
- Participate in full-cycle management of IT-related projects, including planning, execution, delivery, and continuous optimization.
Core System Planning & Implementation
- Actively participate in the planning, development, and optimization of core enterprise information systems such as ERP, financial integration, and smart construction platforms
- Ensure alignment between system design and the company's strategic goals and business requirements
Business Requirement Analysis & System Delivery
- Lead business requirement research by collaborating closely with various departments
- Translate business needs into technical implementation plans and guide the development team to ensure successful delivery
Support for Innovative Business Initiatives
- Support the integration of digital solutions into innovative business models, such as supply chain finance and finance-business integration
AI Technology Research & Application
- Promote the use of AI technologies in enterprise digitalization, such as intelligent document recognition, process automation, smart analytics, and decision support systems
- Stay updated on AI trends and evaluate their application in real business scenarios
System Integration & Operations Management
- Responsible for interface development, system integration, and technical documentation
- Establish and maintain standardized development and operations processes to ensure stable system performance and continuous improvement
Process Optimization & Data Analysis
- Assist in business process review and optimization
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and enhance operational efficiency through digital transformation
- Explore and define feasible technical routes to accelerate business innovation
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Information Technology, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related disciplines.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in enterprise IT projects, digital transformation, systems implementation, or PMO/project delivery roles.
- Experience in participating in or managing enterprise-level system implementation projects, such as ERP, OA/workflow systems, HR systems, finance-related systems, or smart construction platforms.
- Good understanding of business requirement analysis, project coordination, testing, implementation, user training, and post-go-live support.
- Familiarity with enterprise system architecture, data integration, interfaces, and technical/functional documentation.
- Experience in working with vendors, consultants, or cross-functional stakeholders to support system delivery and optimisation.
- Experience in data governance, master data management, testing management, or system rollout/implementation will be an advantage.
- Exposure to digital transformation projects in construction, engineering, real estate, manufacturing, or related industries will be preferred.
- Familiarity with mainstream enterprise platforms such as SAP, Yonyou, Seeyon, or similar systems will be an advantage.
- Ability to prepare reports and project documentation in English and Chinese to support coordination with China headquarters and review of relevant Chinese-language business/system materials.
