Info System Analyst

Job Description:

• Work with senior analysts, developers, and managers to understand business requirements and support the design of system solutions.

• Assist in applying basic system development principles and best practices to ensure system stability, scalability, and efficiency.

• Support and maintain applications, including assisting with incident resolution, troubleshooting, testing, and documentation.

• Provide Level 2 application support, including investigating issues escalated from the service desk and coordinating with relevant technical teams for resolution.

• Help analyze incidents by reviewing system data, application usage, procedures, and basic system or network logs.

• Track and follow up on support tickets to ensure timely resolution and proper escalation when required.

• Perform routine data extraction and simple analysis to support operational and management reporting.

• Assist in system deployment activities, including testing, user acceptance support, and production rollout under guidance.

• Support system upgrades, security patching, and maintenance activities in accordance with established change management processes.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including improving monitoring, documentation, and support processes.

• Assist in audit, compliance, and documentation tasks when required.

• Support special projects such as system enhancements, change requests (CRs), or system integration (SI) under supervision.

• Provide support during system transitions or implementations (e.g. ERP systems), including user support and basic training assistance.

• Carry out ad-hoc tasks or projects assigned to support organizational objectives

  Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma/ Advanced Diploma/ Degree in Computer Science, IT related

  • Ideally 3 years or above experience in full system module in ERP

  • Open to consider Fresh Graduates

  • Experience in support for Any of ERP system in trading/ manufacturing environment such as Infor Syteline, SAP B1, Oracle, Kingdee, Epicor, SAP HANA, Oracle ERP Cloud, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, etc if is an added advantage

  • Details understanding of ERP and its architecture

  • Hands-on development experience in developing ERP applications using API, Integration tool, VB.NET/C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Web Services, ASP.Net and Crystal Reports, MS SQL knowledge , etc

  • ERP module expertise :- Finance (GL, AP, AR, FA), Supply Chain / Inventory or Manufacturing

  • End-to-end business processes: Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Record-to-Report (R2R) , Plan-to-Produce (P2P/MRP)

  • Master data management: Customers, vendors, items, BOMs, chart of accounts

  • Configuration & setup: System parameters, workflows, approvals, roles & permissions
