- Work involves, but not limited to: Strategic management of our influencers social media accounts, develop/plan/schedule content postings, developing new content and messaging, exploring new omni channels, outreaching through influencers to potential audiences, data analytics and tracking, etc.
- Skills required: social media marketing, influencer/KOL management, tracking results through data, understanding & enhancement of social media algorithms, LinkedIn marketing, visuals and videos design & development,canva.comknowledge, etc.

Hard and soft skills enhancement for interns
Depending on the assigned unit, the Associate Intern will generally be responsible for assisting in various day-to-day work such as: researching, on/offsite market intelligence investigation, leveraging new tech or AI tools, internal and external party relationships, new developments of business & technology objectives, influencer/communications management, etc. The role also involves supporting administrative tasks, collaboration with internal or external parties, conducting meetings, managing people/teams, external site visits, etc. This internship role is remote and provides the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

- Management Unit: Top mgt level assist to Managing Director, strategic management of all units and enhancing operational efficiency
- Agtech AcceleratorUnit: Managing agtech startups for partnerships, test and research within our rice fields farmland in Thailand. May require to conduct offsite visits if reasonably required
- AI Unit: Identifying and using AI tools to solve various challenges from all Units for corporate operational efficiency. Good at business issue solving and programming skills, hardcore programming needed (eg. React, Next.js, C++, Python, AI language modelling, APIs, etc) required. Knowledge and experience in using Ai to help coding or app creation, eg. GROK, POE.COM, Mindpal, MAKE, Loveable, etc or any new AI tools. skilled at AI prompt usage and engineering.
- Business Relations Unit: Develop and handle new or existing relationships with our corporate clients,investors, and investment partners; will require offsite visits to meet with clients or investors.
- Influencer Unit: Strategic management of our influencers and corporatesocial media accounts to promote our objectives.
General Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; good & CLEAR English (written and verbal)
- Good professional attitude, responsible, team player, independent, disciplined, strong leaders
- Ability to work independently, efficiently and effectively in a remote team environment; motivating others & be a leader
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in various tools like AI tools, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Canva, or other market new tools, etc
- Physically located in Asia time zones preferred (Between UTC+3to UTC+12)
