Job Summary
Support creator partnerships, content production, and social media campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Lemon8, Xiaohongshu, and YouTube by managing influencers, assisting in content creation, and providing on-site shooting support.
Responsibilities
- Recruit influencers, creators, KOLs, and KOCs to participate in marketing campaigns
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with creators to foster collaboration
- Coordinate influencer marketing campaigns to meet project goals and timelines
- Assist creators during content production to ensure quality and alignment with campaign objectives
- Attend on-site content shoots to support video production activities
- Capture short-form video content using smartphones for social media platforms
- Assist with video shooting by managing lighting, camera angles, and content planning
- Coordinate communication and logistics among merchants, creators, and production teams
- Collect, organise, and manage content assets for campaign use and reporting
- Research social media trends and generate content ideas to enhance campaign relevance
- Support TikTok Shop and Creator Commerce projects by assisting in execution and coordination
- Assist in campaign reporting and track performance metrics to evaluate success
Required competencies and certifications
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin to coordinate with diverse stakeholders
- Comfortable appearing on-site for content shoots and using smartphones for video recording
- Willingness to travel within Singapore as needed to support campaign activities
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience creating content for TikTok or Instagram to enhance campaign creativity
- Familiarity with CapCut or Canva for video editing and graphic design support
- Experience working with influencers or creators to manage partnerships effectively
- Basic photography or videography skills to contribute to content production quality
