Influencer Campaign Manager – Part Time

A social media agency is seeking a part-time Influencer Campaign Manager to oversee influencer campaigns on TikTok and Instagram. The role involves managing relationships with influencers, coordinating campaign logistics, and ensuring that all deliverables meet quality and technical standards. Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and reach out to suitable influencers on TikTok and Instagram
• Negotiate influencer fees, contracts, and deliverables
• Draft and manage briefs, agreements, and necessary paperwork
• Oversee influencer content production, ensuring it meets technical requirements and brand standards
• Coordinate quality control reviews of influencer video submissions
• Manage the launch process for up to 50 influencer ads per month
• Track campaign timelines, deliverables, and performance metrics
• Maintain ongoing communication with influencers to ensure smooth collaboration

Skills and Requirements

• Familiarity with TikTok and Instagram influencer ecosystems
• Strong communication and negotiation skills for managing influencer relationships
• Ability to handle paperwork, contracts, and campaign briefs with accuracy
• Organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
