Infant Educarer

New Life Childcare is childcare with a difference. We cherish and nurture every child to become a happy and confident learner with good character values. We believe that each child is a unique individual, who grows and develops skills through exploring within an educational and play-based curriculum.

Our goal is to help young children stay healthy and safe, take joy in their learning, and make a positive contribution to their community. We are also committed to imparting Christian values to all children in strengthening their character development.

We are looking for individuals who are dedicated and passionate in working with children.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver developmentally appropriate programmes for infants aged 2 to 18 months
• Prepare and use age-appropriate teaching and learning materials
• Create a safe, pleasant, and engaging learning environment
• Observe, assess, and document infants developmental progress, and address individual developmental needs.
• Build positive and respectful relationships with infants, parents, and colleagues
• Adhere to centre policies, teaching standards, and safety regulations in line with guidelines from Early Childhood Development Agency.

Requirements

• WSQ Advanced Certificate in Early Childhood Care and Education (Infant Care)
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in infant care or early childhood setting
• Passionate, patient, and nurturing towards infants
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work well in a team
