You will create a safe, positive learning environment for babies, plan and deliver activities, monitor development, communicate with parents, and support preschool functions as part of a collaborative team.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a safe and positive learning environment tailored for babies
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate programmes and activities to support children's development
- Monitor, document, and assess children's learning progress and developmental milestones
- Communicate regularly with parents to update them on their babies progress and well-being
- Provide routine care including feeding, toileting, and rest for babies
- Build and maintain positive relationships with parents to support children's needs
- Assist and support all preschool functions and activities as required
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve centre goals
- Demonstrate eagerness and openness to continuous learning and professional development
Required competencies and certifications
- EY1 or EY2 certification
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with infants
