Job Summary
As a Healthcare Assistant at My Queen, you will provide compassionate care and support to mothers and newborns during their stay, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being.
Responsibilities
- Clean, bathe, and change diapers for babies to maintain hygiene and comfort
- Feed babies while ensuring safety and proper care of umbilical, oral, and eye areas
- Record babies temperature, feeding patterns, and mental/physical behavior to monitor health
- Track babies growth progress and report observations to healthcare team
- Guide parents on infection control and baby safety practices to promote well-being
- Monitor mothers recovery progress and assist in their postnatal care journey
- Teach and support mothers in breastfeeding and baby care techniques
- Collaborate with team members and assist with additional duties as directed by supervisors

Care Scheme

Working Hours & Requirements
- Day shift: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM night shift: 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM with incentives
- 1.5 hours break included in shifts
- Must be able to work shifts including nights, weekends, and public holidays
