The Opportunity
We are looking for more than an Infant Care Teacher we are seeking a true Educarer-a warm, attentive, and expert professional who will be a nurturing second parent and a trusted partner for our families.
As a Mosaic Educarer, you will join a dedicated team in our low-ratio infant care program, providing exceptional care and creating a stimulating environment where our infants can safely explore and grow. You will be a cornerstone of the trust that parents place in us every single day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptionally caring and attentive support to infants, understanding their unique needs and stages of development.
- Design and implement fun, sensory-based play-inspired activities that help infants explore and learn.
- Maintain a safe, impeccably clean, and engaging environment that supports the physical and emotional well-being of every child.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with parents by sharing regular updates about their child's progress and daily routines through our Qoqolo app.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to create a positive, enriching, and cohesive environment for the children.
Who We're Looking For:
- Qualifications (Required): You must possess an Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY) or a Higher Certificate in Infant Care (HCIC).
- Nurturing & Sincere: You have a genuine passion for working with infants and a naturally warm, patient, and caring personality.
- Qualified & Committed: You have a strong understanding of infant development and are a dedicated, reliable professional committed to the highest standards of care.
- Personable: You have excellent communication skills and can build trusting, positive relationships with both children and their parents.
