Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons aligned with the Montessori framework and infused with elements of music and the arts to help children learn with joy.
- Plan and implement the age-appropriate programmes that foster independence, creativity and holistic development in accordance with the centre's policies and framework
- Observe and document each child's growth through developmental portfolios and progress reports for each semester.
- Set up and create a calm, beautiful and engaging learning environment that promotes self-directed learning and purposeful play.
- Effective in all aspects of classroom management and carries out routine care duties to ensure the highest standards for safety and hygiene for the children.
- Work closely with the co- teaching staff and leaders to maintain strong classroom culture and curriculum consistency.
- Cultivate strong and trusting relationships with parents through regular communications and meaningful partnerships
