Work you'll do

The Clients & Industries team offers expertise around clients and market activities to support profitable revenue growth for the practice. The team's goal is to assist partners in targeting, winning and retaining strategic clients through client insights and reporting, client service assessment and active account support.

Responsibilities

The Clients & Industries Executive is responsible for managing client data to generate insights for internal clients and management reporting. The individual will also work closely with the industry marketing team to support client programs and activities that support the strategic business plan. This includes:

  • Manage client data including opportunities and sales pipeline to generate data insights for client targeting
  • Develop client presentation and materials as well as research as needed
  • Assist the Client Service Team to facilitate relationship building between client and Deloitte
  • Support business development activities and manage the follow-up to maximise return on investments
  • Other client-related projects

Requirements

  • A recognized University degree in marketing, business or a related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience, preferably within a professional services environment
  • Confidence to communicate effectively (both written and verbal) with senior management
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively as part of a team
  • Good knowledge of research tools for analysis and a general understanding of database technology
  • Proficient in Microsoft office tools, data visualization and analytical skills
