Job Description: Industry Sales Manager

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Industry Sales Manager to drive business growth and deepen strategic relationships across Manufacturing, Healthcare, and Hyperscaler accounts in Singapore. This role requires strong ownership of key accounts, the ability to manage complex enterprise projects, and close collaboration with presales, post-sales, and ecosystem partners to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and develop assigned key industry accounts, with clear accountability for account strategy, pipeline growth, and revenue performance.
- Identify, qualify, and drive opportunities within Manufacturing, Healthcare, and Hyperscaler customers, from early engagement through deal closure.
- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets, ensuring sustainable pipeline coverage and forecast accuracy.
- Lead and coordinate presales and post-sales teams to focus on strategic projects, solution design, and successful project execution.
- Build and maintain strong C-level and stakeholder relationships with end users, partners, and ecosystem players.
- Engage customers through solution briefings, product demonstrations, workshops, and industry events, including trade shows and technology forums.
- Generate new leads and expansion opportunities within existing accounts and targeted new logos.
- Track, manage, and report sales activities and pipeline in a structured and disciplined manner using CRM tools.
- Lead internal project reviews and account planning sessions, ensuring alignment across sales, technical, and operations teams.
- Collaborate effectively across internal teams and regional stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and execution.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience in enterprise or industry-focused B2B technology sales.
- Proven experience managing end-user relationships, with demonstrated access to and engagement with key decision-makers.
- Strong industry knowledge and customer exposure in one or more of the following sectors:
- Manufacturing
- Healthcare
- Hyperscalers / Cloud Service Providers / Data Centres
- Experience selling IT infrastructure, cloud, data centre, AI, networking, or enterprise solutions is highly preferred.
- Strong work ethic with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems for pipeline and account management.
- Ability and willingness to travel as required.
