Job Description

[What the role is]

We are looking for a senior professional to lead industry partnerships for the team driving Singapore's future of financial services initiatives. Working at the cutting edge of AI, digital infrastructure and emerging financial technologies, you will be the connective tissue between the initiative and the broader financial and technology ecosystem, building high-value relationships, driving collaboration, and translating frontier tech developments into tangible outcomes for Singapore's financial sector.

This role calls for someone with a strategic mindset, deep industry networks, and the credibility to engage and influence senior stakeholders across financial institutions, technology solution providers and policymakers.

[What you will be working on]

What You'll Do

You will define and drive the partnership and engagement strategy for the initiatives, identifying and prioritising the financial institutions, FinTechs and technology solution providers whose collaboration is most critical to advancing the initiative's objectives. Acting as a trusted partner to industry leaders, you will ensure the initiatives remains closely connected to real industry needs and at the forefront of frontier technology developments.

You will lead the design and delivery of high-impact engagement programmes, industry working groups and strategic forums that convene the right stakeholders to drive frontier technology adoption and shape industry standards and frameworks. You will ensure every engagement is outcome driven, with clear commitments and disciplined follow-through from all parties.

Working with internal teams, you will develop the content, positions and narratives that strengthen the initiative's brand and influence with industry and international partners. You will set priorities, oversee programme delivery, and ensure stakeholder insights are systematically captured and translated into actionable intelligence that informs the initiative's broader work.

What We're Looking For

You have a strong track record in partnership development, stakeholder engagement or business development within financial services, technology or a related field, and bring established networks across Singapore's financial and technology ecosystem. You are comfortable operating at the most senior levels of industry and government, with a demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and bring diverse stakeholders together around shared goals.

Experience working across Singapore government agencies, navigating public-private partnerships, and engaging with regulators would be a strong advantage, as would prior exposure to industry standards, frameworks or policy initiatives. A genuine interest in frontier technologies, particularly AI and its applications in financial services, is essential.

Why Join Us

This is an exceptional opportunity to shape how frontier technologies are adopted across one of Asia's most important financial centres, contributing to work of genuine national and international significance and playing a leading role in positioning Singapore as a global leader in responsible financial innovation.
