Role Overview
We are seeking a highly creative Industrial Designer to join our founding team. This is a unique role for someone who wants to combine creative excellence with entrepreneurial ownership. You will play a central part in shaping new product concepts and systemsfrom sketching and CAD modeling through to prototyping, testing, and scaling with manufacturing partners.
This role is structured as a salary + equity participation opportunity, giving the right candidate a stake in the long-term success of the brand.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Development
- Lead ideation, 3D CAD modeling, and prototype creation for new product concepts.
Collaboration
- Work hand-in-hand with the Founder, external engineers, and production partners to transform ideas into market-ready solutions.
- Align product design language with the brands broader ecosystem (retail, digital, and studio environments).
Testing & Validation
- Ensure compliance with global safety standards and guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or related field.
- 35+ years experience in consumer product, furniture, or wellness/play design.
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, Rhino, Fusion 360, or similar).
- Hands-on prototyping and experience working with manufacturers.
- Strong interest in wellness-driven, and design-forward products.
- Bonus: Background in sports equipment, play products, or educational tools.
