Internship Program Overview:

Our Interns & Co-ops are our entry-level talent pipeline for GF across the globe. Our goal is to provide students withmeaningfulwork experience that will equip them with the skills to embark on a career in the fast-paced and growing semiconductor industry after graduation. Summary of Role:

Industrial Engineering Productivity Study throughdataanalysis,streamlining ofbusinessprocesses andreportsautomation. Wafer fabrication in foundry is the fundamental of all electronics appliances in the semiconductor supply chain. Productivity study is critical since it is important to obtainoptimalwafer output duringmanufacturingprocesses. This can be fulfilled with Industrial Engineering's data analysis,streamlining ofbusinessprocessesandreportsautomation.

Essential Responsibilities include:

  • Automate and streamline various business processes like factory data extraction, preparation, analysis & reporting

  • Establish mathematical models to capture,predictand manage tool performance of different tool types

  • Prepare and conduct audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.

  • Analyze manufacturing and operational data toidentifyproductivity improvement opportunities and recommend data-driven solutions.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Securityrequirementsand programs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education-Actively pursuing aBachelorsdegree in Industrial & Systems EngineeringORMechanical EngineeringORComputer Science EngineeringORrelated field through an accredited degree program during the time of internship.

  • Mustbe ingood academic standing.

  • Ability to workat least40hoursper week during the internship.

  • Available for a 16-24 weekcredit-bearing internshipcommencingJanuary 2027.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior related internship or co-op experience

  • Demonstrated prior leadership experience in the workplace, school projects, competitions, etc.

  • Project management skills,i.e.,the ability to innovate andexecutesolutions that matter the ability to navigate ambiguity.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong planning & organizational skills

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills -proficiencyin MS-Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Power BI, SQL)
