Industrial Engineer

Job Responsibilities

Review production schedules, processes, specifications, and related information

Design production processes that maximize efficiency and reduce waste

Develop and implement process improvements and technological upgrades

Design control systems to minimize costs and production issues

Develop design and production standards in cooperation with management and user personnel

Prepare material and equipment lists, purchase orders, cost analyses, and estimated production costs

Design the layout of facilities and determining personnel requirements

Train staff for new processes and provide instructions and manuals

Manage process documentation and prepare production reports

Skill Requirements

Knowledge of precision machining, production scheduling and production management

Knowledge of production scheduling and production control

Knowledge of engineering drawing interpretation

Knowledge of part manufacturability

Knowledge of Environment, Health & Safety

Knowledge of Fire Safety of factory & office premises

5 days work, 7:30am to 4:45pm, transport allowance $110

Preferably with 5 years of relevant working experience in precision machining industry

Diploma and above qualification (prefer in Industrial Engineering, Precision Engineering or Manufacturing)
