Industrial Engineer (Semiconductor, SAP)

Responsibilities:

• Improve and verify equipment capacity and operational productivity.
• Plan and schedule for both short-term and strategic needs.
• Monitor and manage short-term production bottlenecks.
• Develop shop floor scheduling strategies to meet throughput targets.
• Coordinate with Production to ensure smooth workflow and dispatch control.

Requirements:

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in related industry.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing, logistics processes, systems, and product costing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP.
