Industrial Engineer (Process Improvement / Supply Chain Optimization)

Responsibilities:
. Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma or Kaizen methodologies to enhance manufacturing efficiency and productivity.
. Analyse production costs, material usage, and operational performance to identify cost optimisation opportunities.
. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes, material flow, and inventory management.
. Support projects involving process improvements, system enhancements or equipment upgrades.
. Monitor KPIs and operational performance to drive continuous improvement.
. Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards including ISO 9001 and RBA requirements.
. Maintain relevant QMS documentation and support operational compliance.
. Perform other duties assigned by the Head of Department.

Requirements:
. Degree in Industrial / Manufacturing Engineering or related discipline
. Minimum 8 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering or operations environment
. Familiar with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen or similar process improvement methodologies
. Strong analytical, problem-solving and project coordination skills
. Proficient in Excel or other data analysis tools
. Good communication and coordination skills
