What You Will Do
. Lead and drive Continuous Improvement (CI) and CORE programs to deliver cost, quality, and productivity improvements
. Identify, prioritize, and execute automation and optimization initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and scalability
. Drive connected factory initiatives, improving system integration, data visibility, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
. Analyse processes to distinguish value-added vs non-value-added activities and implement targeted improvements
. Evaluate and introduce new processes, equipment, and materials to improve performance and cost effectiveness
. Establish and track performance metrics to ensure sustainable and measurable improvement outcomes
. Build internal CI capability through training, coaching, and mentoring cross-functional teams
. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and operational excellence
. Lead Industry 4.0 initiatives, including automation, digitalization, and smart factory adoption
Qualifications You Must Have
. Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline
. Minimum 5 years of experience leading CI and cost reduction initiatives in manufacturing or operations
. Strong experience with CI methodologies such as Lean, Kaizen, and CORE facilitation
. Hands-on experience with CI tools (e.g. value stream mapping, root cause analysis, standard work)
. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Qualifications We Prefer
. Experience in automation and smart factory transformation(e.g. IoT, robotics, digital twins)
. Proficiency in O365 tools (Power BI, Planner, Lists) for data and work flow management
. Experience in driving connected factory or digitalization initiatives
. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
. Knowledge of PLC programming or other programming languages
