Responsibilities

• Understand the technical details of processes and systems related to job requirements. Collaborate with Engineering, Systems, Materials, Production, and Maintenance to address manufacturing process issues effectively. Partner with Management to develop and implement processes and strategies for new manufacturing projects. Promote teamwork and foster collaboration within the organization. Adhere to established quality objectives within your area of responsibility. Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and flexibility. Work with various plant departments to devise solutions addressing operational challenges. Execute tasks aligned with Quality, Production Volume, Process Capacity, Efficiency, Product Integrity, and Cost Management. Generate performance reports related to your area of responsibility. Contribute to cycle time and capacity improvement projects alongside internal departments.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in an Engineering discipline with at least 3 years of relevant experience in a server, rack, or manufacturing environment. Proactive approach in participating and executing in line with organizational standards of conduct. Strong communication skills to ensure effective information sharing and minimize misunderstandings. Demonstrate responsibility, ownership, initiative, and leadership. Exhibit discipline, punctuality, and a sense of urgency in all tasks.
