Responsibilities:
- Under broad direction, responsible for facilitating process improvement across Supply Chain operations
- Establishes analytical approaches and applies proven process improvement techniques in support of strategic organizational objectives
- Ensures assigned rotation deliverables are aligned with Voice of the Customer requirements
- Using structured approach, develops recommendations and leads implementation activities for delivering measureable results
- Facilitates team activities as needed to accelerate completion of process improvement activities
- Drives sustainment activities to ensure longevity of solutions
- May have direct leadership of teams
- Will need to complete specific assigned projects, provide quarterly executive level presentations and meet developmental objectives in a timely manner in order to successfully complete the rotational program.
