Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Industrial Designer (Graduate) to join our team. You will play a key role in shaping the visual and design aspects of our brand across physical stores, digital platforms, and marketing materials. This role involves a combination of visual merchandising, graphic design, process innovation, website enhancement, social media content creation, and jewellery upstyling.
Key Responsibilities
1. Visual Merchandising & Store Experience
- Develop engaging in-store displays to highlight jewellery collections and seasonal trends.
- Work closely with retail teams to enhance store layouts and product presentation.
- Ensure consistency in brand identity across all physical locations.
2. Graphic Design & Marketing
- Design high-quality advertisements for print and digital platforms.
- Create compelling visuals for social media campaigns and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop branding elements for collections.
3. Design Thinking & Process Innovation
- Apply design thinking to improve operational workflows and customer experiences.
- Assist in developing innovative customer engagement strategies.
4. Website & Digital Experience Enhancement
- Contribute to UI/UX improvements on the company's website to optimize customer engagement.
- Support the e-commerce team in presenting jewellery effectively online.
- Assist in updating product images, descriptions, and online branding elements.
5. Social Media Content Creation
- Design eye-catching visuals and videos for social media channels.
- Support storytelling efforts through creative design elements.
- Ensure social media posts align with the brand's aesthetic and values.
6. Jewellery Upstyling & Product Enhancement
- Contribute to the redesign and modernization of pre-owned jewellery.
- Assist in conceptualizing limited-edition jewellery collections.
- Work with craftsmen to refine jewellery aesthetics.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or CAD tools.
- Strong aesthetic sense with an eye for jewellery, fashion, and luxury branding.
- Knowledge of social media trends, digital marketing, and UI/UX design.
- Interest in jewellery upstyling, craftsmanship.
- Ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
