Job Description:
- Provide good customer service and assistance to all walk-in clients
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure the sales orders are fulfilled
- Coordinate with Outdoor Sales persons on all sales orders and enquiries
- Support Outdoor Sales persons in their absence, to attend to their customers visiting our showroom
- Coordinate with Outdoor Sales persons to prepare quotations and invoices
- Able to manage digital catalogue profile
- Able to update stock inventory
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Verbal communication in both Mandarin and English
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Requirements:
- Minimum O Level and above
- Possess at least 1 year working experience in renovation/interior design environments
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin (able to communicate with Chinese speaking clients)
- Proactive with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good team player and self-motivated individuals with a positive mindset
- Well groomed, friendly and engaging personality
- Able to work on Saturdays & Sundays (6 days work week with one off-day on weekday)
