We are seeking a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations and contribute to business growth. The role involves generating new sales leads through customer outreach and cold calling, managing indoor sales inquiries, preparing quotations and sales orders, and coordinating sales logistics with site teams and clients. The successful candidate will also maintain sales records and databases, follow up on payment receivables, and collaborate closely with the site and finance teams to ensure smooth sales operations.
Responsibilities
- Generate new sales leads through proactive customer outreach, including catalogue distribution and cold calling.
- Handle indoor sales inquiries and orders via phone and email.
- Prepare and process sales quotations and sales orders.
- Coordinate sales logistics, including machinery delivery and site arrangements with foremen and clients.
- Manage administrative and coordination tasks related to sales operations.
- Maintain and update sales databases, including records of orders, machinery, and operator movements.
- Develop and maintain proper filing systems and accurate sales records.
- Coordinate with site and finance teams on sales-related matters.
- Follow up on outstanding payment receivables.
Requirements
- Minimum O Level qualification Diploma or Degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Strong organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to work beyond normal working hours when required.
