Key Responsibilities:
- Manage regular customer accounts
- Liaise with customers and external departments on deliveries
- Attend to customer enquiries , Process Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Delivery Order
- Persuade clients with grace and deep comprehension of our house brand products
- Respond to and handle customer details and phone call
- Proficiency includes knowledge of office software and online resources, as well as fundamental computer operations and internet usage
- Sales and business development
- Promote and sell company products to new customer
- Understand customers needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements
- Market research and analysis
- Sales targets, KPI (with commision) and reporting to the company
- Customer service and support
Job Requirements:
- GCE O Level & above or equivalent
- 1-2 years of relevant working experience
- Good communication skills & task driven
- Willing to learn
- Details-oriented
- Positive attitude with a proactive approach to work
- Knowledge of additional languages can be an advantage
- Valid driving license
- Willingness to travel and attend industry events
Working Hours:
- Monday - Friday (08.30 - 17.30)
- Saturday (08.30 - 13.00)
