Job Description

  1. Coordinates and prepares all cooking in the Indian kitchen.
  2. Prepares, cuts, cooks, arranges and serves the Indian cuisines as required.
  3. Controls cost by minimizing spoilage, waste and exercising portion controls.
  4. Handles machines, equipment and utensils the proper way and clean them after use.
  5. Follows established procedures and make suggestions for improvement.
  6. Responsible for presentation, taste and timeliness of sections production.
  7. To ensure compliance of hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
  8. Undertakes any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by your superiors from time to time.
