Fractional Executives

- Own outcomes, lead teams, typically 1–3 days per week

Independent Consultants

- Diagnose, design, and lead strategic or transformation initiatives

- Project-based and advisory-led

Senior Contractors

- Execute high-value, defined scopes of work

- Deep specialists delivering outcomes

WHERE YOU WILL PLAY

We are specifically looking for leaders who can drive impact in:

REVENUE & GTM

  • Revenue strategy, sales leadership, commercial transformation
  • Scaling GTM engines in SaaS, tech, and services
  • Pricing, pipeline, and growth optimisation

TRANSFORMATION

  • End-to-end business transformation
  • Cost optimisation, operating model redesign
  • Performance improvement and turnaround

FINANCE (FRACTIONAL CFO)

  • Financial leadership, FP&A, cash flow and runway management
  • Transaction readiness, M&A, value creation
  • PE-backed business support

AI / DATA

  • AI strategy and implementation
  • Data platforms, analytics, and decision intelligence
  • Tech-enabled growth and automation

MARKET ENTRY

  • Geographic expansion (UK, Europe, APAC)
  • New market strategy and execution
  • Launching and scaling new business lines

WHO YOU ARE

You are not just experienced - you are proven.

You bring:

  • 10+ years in senior leadership or specialist roles in specific fields
  • A track record of delivering measurable outcomes (not just advising)
  • Strong commercial instinct and execution capability
  • The ability to embed quickly and create impact

You are:

  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity
  • Highly autonomous and proactive
  • Credible with senior stakeholders and investors
  • Energised by building a portfolio career
  • Not looking for you next FT role but building a portfolio career
