Incoming QC Inspector (IQC / Logistics)

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct incoming materials inspection to ensure compliance with specifications before acceptance and storage

• Verify material specifications, quantity, and condition before dispatch and kitting activities

• Maintain accurate inspection records and update related information in systems such as SAP, Agile, and spreadsheets

• Support traceability and compliance requirements for inspection activities

• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in incoming inspection, warehouse QC, or logistics operations

• Secondary education, NITEC, Higher NITEC, or relevant QC working experience

• Basic understanding of QC inspection processes and technical documents such as packing lists and BOM

• Familiar with measuring tools such as calipers and feeler gauges will be an advantage

• Basic knowledge of SAP / ERP systems and Microsoft Excel

• Detail-oriented with good accuracy and organization skills

• Able to work independently and work well in a team environment

• Willing to work overtime when required
