Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and resolve incidents effectively.
  • Develop and implement incident management strategies and procedures to minimize impact on business operations.
  • Monitor incident trends and provide insights for continuous improvement of processes.
  • Prepare and present incident reports to senior management, highlighting key issues and resolutions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in incident management activities.
  • Lead and mentor the incident management team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in incident management or a similar role within the IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in managing and developing teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
