Summary:
We are seeking an Incident Manager to oversee the analysis, management, and communication of incidents. You will ensure timely resolution, stakeholder communication, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Incident Analysis & Management:
- Collect and analyse information for incident communications and reports.
- Activate crisis meetings and calls when necessary.
Communication & Documentation:
- Write detailed incident reports and communicate with stakeholders.
- Publish incident updates and action plans.
- Lead the crisis unit and ensure timely updates to management.
Process Improvement & Compliance:
- Take part in the incident management process improvement.
- Ensure SLAs and OLAs are met for incidents.
- Supervise the updating and closing of incidents in JIRA.
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Experience in incident management and crisis coordination.
- Proficiency in JIRA and stakeholder communication.
