Job Description

Summary:

We are seeking an Incident Manager to oversee the analysis, management, and communication of incidents. You will ensure timely resolution, stakeholder communication, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Incident Analysis & Management:

  • Collect and analyse information for incident communications and reports.
  • Activate crisis meetings and calls when necessary.

Communication & Documentation:

  • Write detailed incident reports and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Publish incident updates and action plans.
  • Lead the crisis unit and ensure timely updates to management.

Process Improvement & Compliance:

  • Take part in the incident management process improvement.
  • Ensure SLAs and OLAs are met for incidents.
  • Supervise the updating and closing of incidents in JIRA.

Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Experience in incident management and crisis coordination.
  • Proficiency in JIRA and stakeholder communication.
