Job Mission:
The In-store CRM / Fashion Stylist is responsible for fostering a client-centric culture within the store by executing CRM strategies and strengthening clienteling capabilities. This role provides store teams with insights, tools, and direction to consolidate the clienteling roadmap, elevate styling services, and enhance customer engagement.
Working closely with the Store Manager, the role supports the planning and execution of CRM-driven initiatives, events, and projects, with a strong focus on developing the client portfolioparticularly VIC (Very Important Client) relationshipswhile recruiting and nurturing new customers for the Ferragamo Paragon Store.
Main Responsibilities:
Client Development & Clienteling
- Act as a CRM Ambassador, championing clienteling excellence and a client-first mindset in store
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to recruit new clients, upgrade existing clients, and build long-term relationships, with a strong focus on VIC customers
- Support the retail team in delivering exceptional client experiences through on-the-floor styling advice and personalized engagement
CRM Performance & Data Analysis
- Conduct weekly and monthly CRM and customer KPI analyses to monitor store performance and identify opportunities
- Assist the Store Manager in reviewing and analyzing Client Advisor performance on clienteling and retail KPIs
- Design and implement action plans focused on data capture, local client retention, and brand loyalty
Client Experience & Outreach
- Monitor the store's outreach programs, appointments, client responsiveness, and overall client experience
- Proactively recommend enhancements to continuously elevate customer experiences
- Support the execution of CRM-led activities such as client appointments, private viewings, and bespoke services
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Events
- Partner with internal teams (Retail Operations, CEX, Merchandising) to support:
New product launches
Client events and in-store animations
Styling sessions and experiential activations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and suppliers (e.g. florists, catering, food & beverage) to support client events
Training & Market Insights
- Provide interactive training to the retail team on fashion trends, styling methodologies, and client engagement techniques
- Deliver regular updates on fashion trends, market movements, and industry insights to enhance the retail team's market knowledge
Candidate Requirement:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail, fashion media, hospitality, or private client relations
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage
- Strong client-focused mindset with high standards for service quality and excellence
- Basic understanding of CRM concepts, best practices, and data analysis preferred
- Confident in external-facing roles; enjoys building strong relationships and networks
- Detail-oriented, creative, curious, and proactive with a hands-on attitude
- Able to work retail operating hours, including weekends and public holidays (morning, afternoon, and full shifts)
