In-house Talent Acquisition (6 months) ESY

. Function as a TA advisor to the business by always having a finger on the pulse within the external market in relation to candidate trends, in-demand roles and changing regulatory requirements

. Alongside hiring managers, develop a recruiting strategy for each role be the subject matter expert to train managers on the interview process and associated best practices

. Source and present top talent through a variety of creative channels

. Conduct in-depth phone screens, video and face to face interviews to assess and identify talent who will drive the business forward

. Own the offer process by benchmarking salaries internally and externally and effectively framing offers

. Collaborate with HR business partners to understand key strategy and workforce plans and provide them with an accurate view on external market compensation, trends and candidate sentiments

. Build a pipeline of quality candidates and focus on direct sourcing whenever possible

. Develop and maintain excellent relationships with TA's agency partners and vendors
