A rare opportunity for a mid- to senior-level lawyer to join a high-impact in-house legal team supporting nationally significant infrastructure projects-including one of Singapore&aposs most iconic developments-advising on procurement, construction, and consultancy matters, managing disputes, and collaborating with engineering teams in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on tenders, contracts, and project documentation
• Draft and negotiate construction/consultancy agreements
• Manage disputes (litigation, arbitration, mediation)
• Support project execution and delivery

Requirements:

• Singapore-qualified, 5-12 years&apos PQE
• Strong construction and disputes experience
• Familiar with PSSCOC, REDAS, SIA forms
• Solid drafting and stakeholder management skills
• Cross-border or innovative contracting experience a plus
