Job Summary
Join MyDESiGN Interiors as an In-house 3D Drafter to produce detailed 3D drawings and renderings. Collaborate with sales and designers to deliver exceptional interior design solutions tailored to client needs.
Responsibilities
- Draft detailed and accurate 3D drawings to support interior design projects
- Develop presentation materials and technical drawings that clearly convey design concepts
- Create high-quality 3D rendering visuals with precise color, material, and furnishing specifications
- Collaborate effectively with sales and interior designers to deliver client-focused interior design solutions
- Produce 360° virtual tours to enhance project presentations, when applicable
- Adapt designs with strong attention to detail to meet client and project requirements
- Communicate clearly in English or Mandarin to engage with clients and team members
- Manage workload efficiently to meet tight project deadlines and work well under pressure
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in residential interior design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max, Photoshop, 3D Max/Viz/V-ray/Revit, SketchUp, Coohom, and other relevant design software
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Ability to produce 360° virtual tours to enhance project presentations
