The IMS & Sustainability Executive owns Hexacon's Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001), EHS and sustainability initiatives and related-certification activities - ensuring compliance, continuous improvement and award readiness.
Manage, disseminate and maintain the Company's Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) and the EHS management system ensuring compliance with updated standards
Liaise with certification bodies and coordinate all IMS, EHS Risk Management System, GGBS Star, BizSafe and ConSASS audits to achieve timely certifications
Implement, communicate and monitor sustainability programs (energy/water reduction, waste management, etc.), reporting progress against GGBS Star and EMS targets and recommending cost-effective, eco-friendly solutions
Schedule and organize the annual IMS Management Review Meeting compile inputs, prepare presentation materials, record minutes and monitor follow-up actions
Coordinate EHS audits and compile safety award submissions (BizSafe, ConSASS) compile schedules and assist with award applications
Conduct IMS and EHS internal training sessions and workshops, empowering employees with knowledge of IMS, safety regulations and best practices
Provide general administrative support to the Senior Management and perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Possess Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science/Engineering, Sustainability or related field
Minimum 2 years managing ISO-based systems (9001/14001/45001), EHS or sustainability initiatives in the construction industry fresh graduates with a strong interest in ISO/EHS are welcome
