Job Description:

• Handle full-spectrum airfreight forwarding operations, including shipment booking, documentation, coordination with airlines and ground handlers, customs clearance for imports, export documentation, billing, and shipment completion.
• Serve as the main liaison for customers on import and export shipments, providing shipment updates, responding to enquiries, and resolving operational issues promptly.
• Coordinate closely with airlines, ground handling agents, trucking vendors, and customs authorities to ensure smooth operations and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor operational performance to ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and company procedure
• Manage complex or high-value shipments by proactively addressing delays, documentation discrepancies, and customs-related matters.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate shipment records, reports, and compliance documentation for internal reference, customer requirements, and regulatory purposes.
• Provide guidance and support to junior customer service staff on airfreight procedures, shipment documentation, and operational best practices.
• Escalate unresolved operational or customer-related issues to management and ensure proper follow-up and resolution.
