- Salary: $6500
- Location: West (Benoi)
- 12 months contract! (Convertible to perm, subjected to performance / business directions)
The Talent
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Trade, or related field.
- Min 5 years of experience in supply chain operations, preferably in apparel or textiles.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Expertise in customs operations and tariff classifications.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Excel, Power BI, Power Query, etc.).
- Proactive, open-minded, and committed to continuous learning.
Job Description
- Oversee import/export documentation and operations across APAC markets.
- Manage relationships with customs brokers, vendors, and trade associations.
- Develop and maintain trade policies, SOPs, and audit programs.
- Monitor compliance with trade regulations and duty/tax reimbursements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., logistics, retail, production) to resolve trade-related issues.
- Support trade preference programs and cost-saving initiatives.
- Lead implementation and maintenance of trade management platforms.
- Analyse trade data and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Provide training and guidance on trade operations across the organisation.
- Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes.
